Race reports
Culham 20-
The track was in tip top condition for round 6 of the Nora-
The gate dropped in the first race and I had a flyer holeshot and led the race for over a lap (not bad for a stock bike ) a few of the faster boys overhauled me and eventually came home 6th overall great result and won my class.
Race 2 had a good start again about 6th into the first corner and on lap 2 the track had cut up a lot and I hit a bumpy section and hurt my back had to ride the rest of the race stood up but was lucky enough to win my class, 3rd race was much of the same my back was still hurting and went out to gain the points and was lucky enough to win again. Three out of three great day considering the back.
Looking forward to Enstone next round first track I ever rode in motocross
Thanks Connor.

Enstone 05-
Round 7 of the Nora-
The last time I raced here ended in disaster when in the third race of the day I got a corner all wrong clipped the inside post and flipped the quad and was stretchered off with a suspected broken hip or pelvis luckily only bruises.
I hoped this time would end on a better note and it did.
The track had been changed a bit and after practice I was happy with it.
The gate dropped in race one I had a decent start and was able to run at a good pace with the top ten of the standards the class above me and finished 7th overall in the race and 1st in my class.
The second race was better with a great start I battled with Sam Payne into the first corner with Sam just piping me, I was relegated to 5th after about a lap and maintained this for about 4 laps then a bad crash between Josh Coombs and Josh Waring promoted me to 3rd overall and first in my class.
The third race was much of the same and I was able to keep the pace up and finished 6th overall and 1st again in my class, a great day 3 wins Happy Days
Thanks Connor.
P.S.
All my best goes out to Josh Coombs my mate from Cardiff who is romping the 250 standard class in his first year who did’nt have the best of days with 4 crashes over the three races with the last one resulting in a trip to the local A+E. Thankfully nothing broken just battered and bruised.
Better luck next time mate.

Bletchingdon 26-
This was a new track to me and it looked tough very tight and technical.
First race I did’nt have the best of starts and was well in the pack but managed to get up to 7th after a few corners I managed to hold onto this until about 2 thirds of the way through the race but the track was tough with the stock suspension and slipped back to 8th by the end of the race but finished 1st in my class.
Race 2 I had a flyer out of the gate and was 2 bike lengths clear into the first bend and dropped a major clanger grabbed a handfull of clutch forgot I was on the 250 not a 100 anymore ended up in dust and almost the ropes but managed to finish 7th overall and win my class again but very tired track was getting tougher.
Race 3 I had a cracking start and remembered the brake this time and me and Josh Coombs battled around the first corner for the holeshot and I managed to hold him off for at least 2 corners and was running good for a while but the track took it’s tole and I fought hard to hold onto 7th but won my class again, so good day three class wins.
Next for me is the Great 8 in August teaming up with Tommy Pittaway for a 3 hour Enduro .
Thanks Connor.

Great 8 Newbury 30-
Hi, this weekend was the Great 8 at Newbury and I teamed up with Tommy Pittaway from Coventry and we were racing for ATP Racing in a 3 hour enduro over fields and through woods.
We decided that Tommy would go out for the first stint and he had to do a running start to his quad he came out of the first wooded section in about 12th place out of the teams he went into the second wooded section and disaster struck he hit a tree and snapped a track rod end. He had to be towed back to the pits before I could go out instead of him.
We were up against it from there we had lost at least 12 minutes and it was just to far to come back into it it anyway we knew we would’nt win but we would have liked to have a top 10 but we had to settle for 15th never mind next year we will try again.
I would like to thank Andy from ATP racing for the support and Tommy for being my partner.
I think Mum and Dad had a good night on Saturday in the beer tent anyway.
Speak to you next after my next race at Enstone.
Thanks Connor.

Round 9 of the Nora-
Race 1 and a bad start had me in about 12th overall and second in class after a hard battle I managed to get in the lead and 7th in the overall not my best race this year.
Race 2 and much the same as the first another bad start and and another battle for position managed to get into the lead and on the last lap got T boned and hit off the track and was demoted to second place and was not pleased as the race winner was the guy who T boned me all to play for in the last race.
Race 3 decent start went into the lead early and pushed hard and got up to 5th overall and still pushing after passing my mate McColey Mcguire about 3 corners later he decided to try and pass me back up the inside of a corner and we collided and both come off and both ended up in an ambulance me battered and bruised and unfortunately McColey has a fractured arm hope you get better soon mate.
I’m leading the championship now with 2 rounds to go next round 4th October keep looking
Thanks Connor
